Root of All Evil

People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

1 Timothy 6:9-10


These verses hit me when I read it because, I feel that people are way to concern with getting rich and loving money. As it says in verse 10, "the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil". I do not think people realize what humans will do to each other for riches. Not just to each other but, their own flesh and blood to achieve something that you cannot take with you when you die. It seems everybody wants the 2 things that bring upon destruction to our world. Can anybody name it? Yes, its "Money" and "Power". These 2 things will turn the world upside down because people think that once you get the money you have the power and, once you have the power you have the respect. But, where does your respect for people begin and end at? When do you say enough is enough? Because, on that road to getting to the money,being rich, you begin to awake entirely different beast and that's your urge to have power! So I ask again, when does your need for power stop? Are you using your power for good? The way you got that power, did you sell out your moral values in what you believe in to get that money and power? These are the things that god is talking about and the questions you have to ask yourself and pray that, everything you do is in his name and not in the deeds of evil.

Just as there are thin lines between love and hate. Those same thin lines apply to good and evil. Those are the choices that are the hardest and a struggle to walk a good life in this world.

George A Romero's Diary of the Dead

I watched this movie yesterday and I couldnt turn away from it. Usually im not a zombie type of person but the plot had me some enthuse that i had to watch the rest of the movie. Started with a camera crew capturing footage of 2 dead victims rising up out of the gurney that the medicals was willing the dead bodies with. Next thing you know the video ends up on internet and all chaos lets lose. Most of the movie was center on these film students, who at the time where shooting a zombie flick themselves. Pretty much the main camera man captues the Diary of there journey.

I would high recommend this movie for sure! Im not sure what other George A Romero's movies i have watched, which im told are zombie movies, but this was b y far the best zombie movie I have ever watched.

You ever been so afraid you can cry/

Making you feel like your identity is a lie/

Like, you sold part of your soul like, seeing a bird in the sky every summer height/

Its to late to regret with which it lays/

Wrong plays will end your freedom as it stands/

But, what keeps me from being the next serial killer or insane/

What is the difference?... its the good that still drives us sane/

The conversation is the same ... same trend, duplicity the same/

A lot of flash memories come to mind...and thats the breaking point of time when you decide if evil or good will rule on a side/

It the chilling bone disease that rules all the crimes that you hear on the news all the time/

Before you know it, there could be a memorial service waiting for you as the same sad tune is chimed/

Maybe, foolishly enough, you committed the atrocity's and now you gotta spend your days looking up and praying to god/

That's something I should be doing all of my life but, its different when you have exceeded your space in the length of time/

Getting used to a cell wall knowing you cant reach out to touch the light/

Only God can reverse the situation and turn you into his beacon of life/

Am I the only one who has been so afraid enough to cry............

Every time I hit this wall my mind stirs itself into a psycho drama mind state/

It feels like to many thoughts goes into one thought/

To much future riding on just one thought/

You ever ride that carpet ride that flies you every single night /

Sometimes a reason to have very sleepy, sleepless nights/

Basically you toss in turn, sleep for awhile, regret life for a second and turn right back around/

Endless cycles until, your life streams sick and, your bleeding pain like flame lit cigs/

Hot n Cold sweats dripping from the neck as you contemplating your next step/

And when you think the fight is over, your mind re-enters the psycho drama mind set/

Loose yourself in the fight, only to realize you have to do it all over again because your mind is playing tricks/

But, everyday you choose to dance with the devil, hoping you have enough will power to quit/

Hoping to have peace with your nightmares that whisper to you swift.....

... But, its back to the psycho drama mind state of shit.

Sometimes you gotta lie when the insanity is tick tocking in ya head/

Goosebump chills and everything gets silent/

Then the pressure builds quite violent/

Wondering,... why I gotta calm my nerves every other second/

But we all have moments when we can't face the truth/

So, some lie a lot, and they lie to the dozens/

Those are the ones who lie about nothin/

Then, there's those who lie to keep you from the truth/

Why? Because they don't know if they can trust with the truth/

They open there mouths and see nothin but the truth/

But, then they would swear with there actions that didn't know truth/

While you continue looking like a dummy/

Everyone's telling you its all about nothin/

While, that night I heard her whispers/

Got up that next morning and all is seen was coffin/

It was empty like damn I was saltyee/

And all the falsely accused were standing right in front of me/

While everyone else was feeding me the truth, see?/

I refused to believe what I could see/

Like, dead people walking around, things like that disgusts me/

Don't be dishonest with your pumped blood organ/

I feel lonely/

My faith has dropped a little so, sometimes I feel life is a little pointless/

And I wish I could talk to god and make an appointment so, we could discuss my whole life's purpose/

Discuss why I have lost faith in the churches/

How I can change it for the better and make people understand it's well worth it/

Discuss how I can set an example for the children and know that the next generation was brought up on another surface/

All because the past generation doesn't want change in the service/

All they can seem to do is bring negativity through there lip service/

And then wonder why there's no new members participating in the service/

No one deserves it/

They just love to hear themselves talk and then observe it/

While souls are being lost because they refuse to talk to us like humans/

Cause the last time I checked we all sin and that's why we repent from the confusion/

God, please help me while I figure out and try to change this never-ending movement....

It's 3 o'clock in the morning and the darkness is calm.

I finished my last cup of coffee as my lids slid down.

Another music masterpiece emerges from it all.

I'm satisfied for now, until tomorrow.

I gather all my utensils and headed for bed.

iPod, headphones, and my wireless check.

Stopped at the refrigerator to get something to sip.

Contemplating what I can do to get my next fix.

Her voice in my dreams seems so distant.

And when I get close I can hear her breathing.

But, when I reach out she disappears like I haven't listened.

Her voice is in my dreams and now I feel distant.

Don't know if she's a sign for the one I been missing.

Maybe, the one I been wishing.

Maybe.........

~ When i look at you, i have these feelings for you. 

I become lost in the things i was looking forward too. 

I was looking for a time that no one should get. 

The time where everything matters when it, truly doesn't matter. 

And the feeling of oneness at physical or mental touch because, mental and physical are what should really matter much.

In the instance of a strong gust. 

Things blew away and rolled in a bunch. 

A bunch of dreams, a bunch of hopes, maybe some lies and maybe some jokes. 

Hopefully a joke but in real life when u wake up, the bad joke becomes this, bad dream.

And of the grand schemes of things..... things become hazy in every observation of the close nit seams. ~

Is that how the brain is....is the brain just a close nit seams ready to just bust...
